Move Better: Finding Skill and Ease in Exercise and Movement- focus on the squat

Join Jenn Saturday, April 30th, from 10:30-11:45 to explore the building blocks to a body weight squat. This class will incorporate techniques from a variety of disciplines, and will be sequenced in a restorative, mindful way. This enables participants to experience the different components necessary to achieve a comfortable squat.
