Introduction to arm balances and handstands

Join Jenn for this all levels, two hour workshop exploring what it’s like to begin playing with the idea of going upside down. We will cover upper body mobility, the act of pushing for support, and locomotive strategies that introduce the concept of transferring weight into the arms.
