About Jenn: Jenn has a M.S. in Human Movement, a B.S. in exercise physiology, and many, many hours of advanced coursework in movement science and psychology. She has lectured on topics such as sleep and stress for the U.S. Navy, teaches yoga, and maintains a busy personal training business in Carmel. She is passionate about helping people lead active, pain free lives, and has a special interest in motor control and the psychology of stress (and arm balances. But that’s a different workshop).
