Join me for this 4 hour course on how the pelvis and the thoracic spine work together to provide stability and mobility during traditional movements like the squat, the dying bug, and rolling patterns, as well as their role during the gait cycle. You will learn:

  • How breathing and position can be used to create the sensation of integrated stability through the pelvis and thoracic spine

  • Why a person’s center of mass can change his relationship to the squat

  • How to use the arm as an entry point for movement in the thoracic spine

  • How to use the upper leg as an entry point for movement in the pelvis

  • Ideas to improve thoracic mobility and pelvis mobility

This course is approved for .4 NASM CEU’s.
