There are a number of ways to work with me, including:

• Private movement coaching: $125/hour (In-person in Bend, OR or online)

• Mentorship or consulting.

• Movement education: I regularly teach online workshops and webinars.

• I am also available for in-person teacher trainings, workshops, and on-site lectures.
