Movement: An exploration in grounding, strength, and optional inversions

Kick off the new year with 30 minutes of grounding, moving, and exploring—designed to help you reconnect to your body with curiosity and ease.

This free, all-levels class will focus on simple, accessible movement that supports body awareness, coordination, and a sense of stability. You don’t need any prior experience—just a willingness to explore.

If you have a pull-up bar and an interest in spending time upside down, you’re welcome to stay for an optional 15-minute segment exploring pulling strength and playful handstand work. We’ll finish with a short 5-minute reflection and breathing practice to help you integrate what you felt and noticed.

This class is a great fit if you:

  • Are curious about going upside down in a safe, supported way

  • Want to build strength and body awareness for pole or circus arts

  • Simply enjoy exploring movement with intention and play

A recording will be available for 24 hours after the class.

Optional Equipment

  • Pull-up bar (for the optional upside-down portion)
