This 8 week program is an introduction to ground based movement.
This course is designed to improve your connection with your hands and fingers. You will learn how to bear weight on your hands, how to use the structure of the hands to support you, how to use your hand to create rotations throughout the rest of the arm, and how the fingers integrate the rest of the arm.
A 5 week strength and awareness experience to connect you to your feet.
