Within 5 business days, Jenn watches your video and records a personal video response — walking through exactly what she observes, what's working, and where the real opportunity for improvement lies.

You'll get a private link to your personal video assessment, plus 2–3 targeted exercise recommendations curated specifically for what Jenn sees in your movement — yours to revisit whenever you need it.
