GROUNDED: A 5-Week Foundation Course with Jenn Pilotti
Limited to 15 participants
Starts Saturday, October 3 at 10:00 AM PDT
---
What if strength and flexibility weren't about forcing your body into position—but about finding support first?
Grounded is a 5-week online course that teaches you to build movement from a foundation of support—both external (the ground beneath you) and internal (the organization within your body). When you learn to find that support, movement becomes easier, more sustainable, and deeply connected.
This isn't about perfecting exercises. It's about discovering how awareness, strength, and flexibility work together when you stop overriding your body and start listening to it.
---
Who Is This For?
This course is for anyone interested in viewing strength and flexibility from a different perspective. It's particularly relevant if you want to:
• Improve your body awareness and sense of connection to movement
• Build sustainable strength and flexibility without forcing or pushing
• Understand how your internal state affects how you move
• Develop a more intuitive relationship with your body
• Create a consistent, meaningful movement practice
---
What You'll Learn
• How to find support—in the ground and within your own body—before you move
• How awareness, strength, and flexibility integrate when you build from a solid foundation
• How to organize your body through sensation rather than effort
• How your energy and mood affect your movement (and vice versa)
• How to make movement feel easier by finding the right support first
---
The Structure
Weekly Live Sessions (60 minutes)
Each Saturday, we'll explore the week's movement focus, discuss what you're noticing, and refine your practice together.
Daily Practice (Monday–Friday)
Each week focuses on one foundational movement pattern (push-up, squat, hinge, etc.). You'll receive a 5-day progression with a different focus each day—hand pressure, breathing, pelvic floor organization, weight distribution, integration.
Movement Explorations (3x per week)
Short, 5-minute guided practices to explore sensation, connection, and curiosity in your body.
**Self-Tracking**
Before and after each practice, you'll answer two simple questions: How's your energy? How's your mood? Over 5 weeks, you'll start to notice patterns between your internal state and how you move.
---
What You'll Gain
By the end of this course, you will:
• Have a deeper understanding of how to find support in your body before you move
• Develop practical tools for building sustainable strength and flexibility
• Recognize patterns between your energy, mood, and movement quality
• Build a consistent daily practice rooted in awareness and curiosity
• Feel more grounded, connected, and confident in your body as you move into the fall season
---
What's Included
• Five livestream 60-minute sessions (all sessions recorded; access for 6 months after the course ends)
• Daily exercise progressions (5 days per week, focusing on one movement pattern per week)
• Movement explorations (3x per week, 5 minutes each)
• Self-tracking prompts to help you notice patterns in your practice
• A dedicated Slack channel for questions, reflections, and community support between sessions
• Access to all recordings and materials for 6 months
---
The Philosophy
Support precedes movement. When you find it—both in the ground beneath you and within your own body—everything else becomes easier.
This is an invitation to slow down, pay attention, and discover what's possible when you build from a foundation of support.
