What if your handstand practice felt grounded instead of forced?
What if you could build balance, strength, and confidence—by listening to your body instead of overriding it?
Root to Rise is a 6-week, small-group online course that helps you understand and embody the connections that support a sustainable handstand. This isn't about chasing the perfect shape. It's about learning to feel and trust the mechanics of your own movement—one breath, one push, one shift at a time.
What You'll Learn
How to shift your weight into your hands with clarity and control
How your fingers, hands, and shoulders work together to support you
How the pelvic floor and core stabilize you when you're upside down
How to organize your body through sensation, not force
How to integrate all of it into a handstand practice that feels good
The Format
Each week includes:
One 60-minute live class (recording available if you can't attend)
Two guided practices (20–30 minutes each)
Personalized feedback on submitted videos
Space to ask questions and explore
