Short supplemental practices (10 minutes or less) to help you integrate the material between classes.

Week 1: Grounded Awareness – Breath, rolling, and finding support in the floor.
Week 2: Low Transitions – Moving with ease between seated, kneeling, and squat.
Week 3: Flowing Between Levels – Linking ground and low positions into smooth sequences.
Week 4: Rising with Strength & Grace – Creative pathways from floor to standing.
